		Fill out and sign the Designated Agent Agreement and return it to us with an original signature. Once we receive this agreement we will keep it on file and you will nothave to repeat this step again.
		Please provide a copy of the CC&R's, the Assessment Collection Policy, and any other documentation that may pertain to the collection of outstanding balances.
		When you have a delinquent account, fax or email the current account history and a copy of any lien warning notice (if one was sent), along with the Referral for Delinquent Accounts coversheet to SSTS and we'll take it from there.
